The company connects patients to facilities specializing in a wide range of cosmetic procedures: plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, Lasik eye correction, breast augmentation, liposuction, and other aesthetic services.  However, the company also arranges clients needing more serious medical treatment to facilities capable of a wide range of services and specialties: joint replacement, coronary surgery, kidney transplants, and assisted reproductive technology (ART).   

Here’s how the basic process works.  After selecting a surgeon and treatment center with the assistance of Mediscapes, you then select the recreational activities and places in South Africa that you would most like to experience.  Mediscapes will then help arrange your sightseeing plans; this, however, will depend upon what sort of activities, if any, the doctors involved in your case will allow you to participate in.
